The date does not have to be your exact birth date. You have 3 days prior to your birthday or you can do 3 days after your birthday. This offer can only be used ONCE. There's a 10 minute grace period, if arrived after 10 minutes a $15 late fee will be applied. If you don’t show after the 10mins your appointment will be cancelled.
